Jesus Vilches, 45, is a writer with an outstanding career in the field of fantastic epic. He wins the ‘Revelation Author in Fantastic Literature’ award in Malaga (2009) for El Enviado, the first volume of his epic saga. As of that date, based in Madrid and associated with his usual illustrator Javier Charro, Vilches became a committed defender of the new model of independent publication, of the digital format and of a close relationship, without intermediaries, with his readers.
