Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized both by a lack of affection, remorse and empathy, as well as by seduction, manipulation and use of the other. It is a mental condition in which a person has a prolonged pattern of manipulating, exploiting, or violating the rights of others, without any remorse. This behavior can cause problems in relationships or at work and is often criminal. Psychopathy is a type of mental disorder that is characterized by the alteration of the character or social behavior of a person, but does not imply any alteration of the intellectual capacity.
In this sense, Pallaro Facal, explained: “I began to observe the behavior of certain people around me, whether in the workplace or personally” and added: “I began to investigate and study until I met Víctor Ciapparelli, a recognized specialist in victims of psychopaths”.
“From there, I was able to learn a little more and, in an organization, of which I am part as a member at an international level, from the legal level and dissemination, I found a different horizon to guide society and I was able to name it to many behaviors of situations that happened in matters that were not defined from the legal level as such”, the specialist developed and added: “For example, in a scam you can observe the criminal type and what characteristics it has, but it went a little more there and I began to observe that the scams were committed by certain profiles, with certain actions”.
“This leads me to a whole different vision of how criminology or criminal law was, so I made a conjunction from the legal and educational, and the therapeutic accompaniment allows me, when they ask me questions, generally the victims (of course they does a survey on the situation seriously) the case is listened to, the case is analyzed and a lot has to be accompanied, because they arrive devastated”, he pointed out and indicated: “When the victim sometimes notices it, the psychopath has already committed his principle of execution or executed his plan, either from the psychological or material point of view”.
It is worth mentioning that there are different theories; Some believe that the issue is biological but multifactorial, so it has to do with the context of upbringing and the care that was given to that person. Others believe that they are born that way and there is no cure. Meanwhile, the professional expressed: “I am more cautious and I say that there is no cure when psychopaths integrated at the beginning are already adults, although we can compare computed tomography scans, where we see a brain and a different one but they are of adult people, still There is no one intended for groups of children.”
In addition, there is a theory that speaks of a mutation, that is, a characteristic of the human species, that is, of a way of being where there is no empathy for the other, because the human being is organically mutated, so in this case, others say that is not a human being. It is estimated that more than 4% of the world’s population is psychopathic and each of them kills between 90 and 100 victims in their lifetime. “We can realize the number of victims that there are all over the world; from the legal point of view, the victim is kept safe, because, next to a psychopath, he runs a serious risk of life and from the emotional point of view, they try to accompany him because, Sometimes they come with legal problems that are not dealt with, as any other person is dealt with, in a different context,” he concluded.
“The psychopath turns the victim and the place where he is into an ordeal”
